Coming up / current projects underway:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·       <!--[endif]-->Painting / sealing of parking deck on south side of building is ongoing. This is a temporary fix till bids can be received for the entire lot.

 

 

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·       <!--[endif]-->Metal “boots” and “sleeves” are being fabricated to secure certain areas of railing on south side.

 

 

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·       <!--[endif]-->Painting of stairwell and laundry room doors is continuing.

 

 

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·       <!--[endif]-->Emergency exit doors on west side ground floor. Hardware on door needs to be upgraded. Safe-key is going to provide an estimate for replacement.
